7 Night Stay for up to 4 in Civita di Bagnoregio!

Donated by The Civita Institute Board of Directors

Enjoy 7 magical days and nights in the ancient hilltown of Civita di Bagnoregio, known around the world as one of the most beautiful hilltowns in Italy. You will stay in a 500-year old house, with modern kitchen and bath, restored by the late Astra Zarina and Anthony Costa Heywood in a contemporary Italian style that respects and celebrates traditional building materials of the region: thick tufo walls and clay tile roofs, chestnut ceiling beams, white plaster walls, stone floors and wood windows.

Your stay will include a walking tour of the town given by a bi-lingual descendant of one of the oldest families of Civita. You will be amazed by its remarkably well-preserved architecture of the Renaissance era in a setting free of automobiles. You will be our guest to enjoy the local wines at a wine-tasting bar near the main piazza. Nearby destinations both famous in central Italy and off the beaten path can be suggested for day trips. Includes a free parking pass. Suitable for an individual, a couple, or a family of 4 at a mutually agreeable time until March 15, 2020.
